You can reach Hevo’s Support team through Live Chat, right from within the product.
To start a chat or ask a question:

Simply click the (
) chat icon at the bottom of the Navigation Bar.

You can also view your previous conversations there.
Who Can Use Live Chat?
Live Chat is available to users on:

Starter, Professional, and Business plans (including during the trial period).

Accounts where the trial has ended but no paid plan has been selected yet.
If you are on the Free plan, Live Chat is not available. When you try to access it, you’ll see a message that says:
To access this feature, users with the Owner role can upgrade the plan at any time.
