Is there a way to specify that the BigQuery objects created should be in a multi-region rather than a single region?

It is not possible to specify a multi-region location in Hevo’s UI for the BigQuery objects, namely, the GCS bucket and the dataset. Hevo automatically creates the dataset in the same location as the GCS bucket, if the latter exists, and vice versa. For example, if your GCS bucket exists in Mumbai, Hevo creates the BigQuery dataset in Mumbai.

In case there are no existing objects, Hevo creates the BigQuery objects in the region of your Hevo account.

To specify a multi-region location, you must create the BigQuery objects, namely the GCS bucket and the dataset using the Google Cloud Platform. Read Create a GCS bucket and Create a Dataset for the steps to do this.
