Hevo Support
Hevo integrates with Intercom to offer you “within-the-product” help in the form of Live Chat with our Support team.
Click the () icon at the bottom of the Navigation Bar to connect with the Support team to initiate a request or submit a query. You can also scroll through your previous chats.
Live Chat is available with the Starter, Professional, and Business plans (including the trial period) and also for users whose trial period has expired but who have not subscribed to any plan yet.
It is not available with the Free plan, and on trying to access it, the following message is displayed:
Users with an Owner role can upgrade the plan at this time to avail the Live Chat feature.
