Replication of Events with Unchanged Toast Data in PostgreSQL
- Fixed the issue whereby the data of a variable-length (varlena) column type, such as text or varchar, in a Destination table was being overwritten by the unchanged-toast-datum placeholder value from the write-ahead log (WAL). This behavior was observed when the value stored in the varlena column in the Source using TOAST remained unchanged during ingestion, but there was an update to some other column(s) in the same Destination table.
