Scheduling a Demo

You can schedule a demo to explore the capabilities of Hevo. Our demo sessions are designed to provide you with an overview of how Hevo can address your data integration needs. The session duration is usually 30 minutes. You can schedule it at your convenience, whether it is before or after signing up with Hevo.


Before Signing-Up with Hevo

Perform the following steps to schedule a demo call:

  1. Do one of the following:

  2. In the Book time… pop-up window, specify your First Name, Last Name, Work Email, Company Size, and click BOOK A TIME SLOT.

  3. In the Meet with Hevo Data pop-up window, select the following:

    Select Date & Time

    • Date: Any date of your convenience between Monday to Friday.

    • Time Zone: The timezone in which you reside.

    • Time: Any time of your convenience between 10:00 to 18:00 IST.

  4. In the Thanks for… pop-up window, specify your Phone Number, use case, and then click SUBMIT.

    Click Submit

    You have successfully set up a demo call with Hevo. Please check the confirmation email sent to your registered email address.

After Signing-Up with Hevo

Perform the following steps to schedule a call after signing up with Hevo.

Note: This option is available only for trial users.

  1. In the Pipeline Overview page, click SCHEDULE A CALL.

  2. Specify your email address.

  3. In the Meet with Hevo Data pop-up window, select the following:

    Select Date and Time

    • Date: Any date of your convenience between Monday to Friday.

    • Time Zone: The timezone in which you reside.

    • Time: Any time of your convenience between 10:00 to 18:00 (IST).

  4. In the Thanks for… pop-up window, specify your Phone Number, use case, and then click SUBMIT.

    Click Submit

    You have successfully set up a demo call with Hevo. Please check the confirmation email sent to your registered email address.
