Support for Read Replicas in Amazon RDS PostgreSQL Source

Hevo now supports logical replication using read replicas for Amazon RDS PostgreSQL database version 16.
You can configure a read replica instance as the Source in your Pipeline to reduce the replication load on the primary instance. The replica instance reflects changes from the primary in near real-time, improving overall database performance and ensuring consistent data ingestion.

Support for User-Provided Replication Slots in PostgreSQL Sources

Hevo now allows you to provide your own replication slot while creating Pipelines with any variant of PostgreSQL as the Source. Earlier, Hevo automatically created and managed replication slots in the Source system to capture incremental data.
With this enhancement, you can now create a replication slot manually and use it while configuring your Source in the Pipeline. This provides you more control over how replication slots are managed in your Source system.
