Getting Alerts in Third-Party Applications

Hevo sends out alerts for any changes that occur in any of your Pipelines, Models, Workflows, Destinations, and Activations.

Note: Starting Release 2.17, the Workflows feature is supported only for existing users. If you have signed up post-Release 2.17, you cannot create Workflows or receive alerts for them. For more information, please contact Hevo Support or your account executive.

• An active account in the application in which you want to receive alerts.

Getting Alerts in Opsgenie

To receive Hevo alerts in Opsgenie:

1. Create an email address for your team in Opsgenie. Read Integrate your email with Opsgenie.

2. Add the email address that you created in Hevo. Read Setting up Additional Email Recipients for the steps to do this.

Getting Alerts in PagerDuty

To receive Hevo alerts in PagerDuty:

1. Create an email address for your team in PagerDuty. Read the Email Integration Guide for PageDuty.

2. Add the email address that you created in Hevo. Read Setting up Additional Email Recipients for the steps to do this.

Getting Alerts in ServiceNow

To receive Hevo alerts in ServiceNow:

1. Create a new email type notification channel, or modify an existing one in ServiceNow, and copy the email address for the channel.

2. Add the email address for your notification channel in Hevo. Read Setting up Additional Email Recipients for the steps to do this.

Getting Alerts in Slack

To receive Hevo alerts in a Slack channel:

1. Create an email address for the Slack channel. Read Create an email address for a channel or DM instructions for the steps to do this.

2. Add the new email address in Hevo. Read Setting up Additional Email Recipients for the steps to do this.

Getting Alerts in Microsoft Teams

To receive Hevo alerts in Microsoft Teams:

1. Obtain the email address for the Teams channel in which you want to receive alerts. Read Send an email to a channel in Teams.

2. Add the email address for your notification channel in Hevo. Read Setting up Additional Email Recipients for the steps to do this.
