Resetting Your Password

If you ever lose or forget your Hevo password, you can easily reset it.

To reset your password:

1. In the Hevo login screen, click Forgot Password.

   

2. Enter your e-mail address and click CONTINUE.

   

   Hevo sends an e-mail to you containing a link to reset the password.

3. Click the link to access the page where you can set the new password.

Note: The password reset link expires in 24 hours. If you do not reset the password by then, the old password for the account is retained. You can always repeat the steps mentioned above to reset the password.
